I waited patiently and expectantly on the Lord; and he inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock steadying my steps and establishing my goings. And He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God that many shall see and fear (revere and worship) and put their trust in the Lord. BIGHEART is a non- profit organisation and a registered charity. It is pioneered by Mandy Clarke and is based in County Antrim. Whilst attending her local church (Living Rivers in Ballymena), she responded to the call of God to go on a mission trip to Africa in October 2004. God placed such a love in her heart for the people and gave her a strong desire to demonstrate it in spiritual and practical ways. Mandy longed to return to Africa and with much prayer God confirmed through His word to go on a fact finding and relationship building trip in December 2006. As a result of her visit concrete communications between Uganda and N.I have been established together with the growth of the ministry workforce.  The Lord has directed more Mission Trips and developed the Ministry to a new level in Him.
